CodeIgniter

I'm playing around with CodeIgniter, and I have to say that I like it. My web development experience is limited (I've done mostly SymbianOS), but so far it's been a lot easier to get into than Rails and Django. It doesn't seem to have the semantic overhead that I found in the other two frameworks.
